I could not hear any of the between set interviews...just the music(little feat, neil young...seemed like alot of people on chat said the same thing...dug the show just the same....

Pretty good opening night for me in regards to Moogis. Unfortunately I got booted from the high resolutions feed a few times and there was a definite issue w/ the sound/mix on the standard resolution feed in the first set that others spoke about that diminished my enjoyment. Seemed to be settled in the second set when I had to switch to Standard for a bit.
Was disappointed with lack of audio on the interviews, definitely hope they are re-aired...with audio next time.
Peter/Moogis team, do y'all have a person offsite watching the broadcast in communication with the production manager to give feedback when a problem like this arise? It seems like it would have been an easy fix, but maybe y'all weren't aware of the problem?
Other than that a solid start, it always gets better as the run goes on, so I look forward to that.

In regards to the PS3 issue last night (no video feed on any cameras/audio only on Jam Cam 2), I was able to stream the VOD that's up of last night's first set with no problem. But I'm still hoping to catch some of the shows live, especially Saturday night.
I know getting all the technical issues hammered out can be a big undertaking. I would appreciate any thoughts the technical team has as to how we can fix the problem with the live feed streaming on a PS3.

Dear Moogis,
This is my third year as a subscriber. I want you to know about some of the problems I have encountered in using your service.
Last night 3 of us were watching, primed to see the opening of the opening night. Everything appeared to be ok, we saw the video feed and could hear the background music. Then, minutes before the show began, we lost the stream. There was a message saying something about a problem with communicating with the server. I looked in the chat area and several other people were also reporting the same problem. I tried several times to reconnect, but couldn't. Finally I took a suggestion from someone in the chat room and rebooted. After I logged back in to Moogis and clicked the live feed button, the show was already in progress. I don't think I have to tell you how frustrating and disappointing this was.
On March 5 I tried to log in as a test. I couldn't. I emailed tech support. They told me they couldn't find my payment for 2011 and asked me to send proof. After I did I was able to connect. I've bought many goods and products over the last 40 or so yeare from big as well as small businesses, and have never been told that my payment couldn't be found. The tech support guy appeared to blame me saying "could you have waited any longer to tell us you were having issues?" Imagine, he loses track of a customer payment and has the nerve to have an attitude with me.
Based on what I have seen in the forum and discussion room I am not the only one who had problems activating my 2011 subscription.
And I'll also mention last year. The opening show was unwatchable for the first set. And the Mule set from Wanee was never shown because the equipment couldn't be set up.
My point is, you have been in business for three years already, and it is time you got your act together. We are all paying good money for the service, and we deserve much better. Do what it takes to make it work right or don't offer it. No more glitches, please!

another sync issues here between audio and video
also could never connect to jam cam1 (which had the butch cam on it)
otherwise picture quality was unfriggin' believable as well as sound. thanks
