When subscribing (new users only):
You will need to validate your account before you will be able to log in to the Moogis Members Area.
• You must click the link provided in the initial email in order to validate your account.
• To ensure proper delivery add email@example.com to your addressbook. If you do not see the email please also check your Spam/Junk folders.
• If you try to reset your password before you have validated your account it will break the validation process and require an admin to manually fix your account.
Note: Access will only be granted once the payment clears through PayPal. For users paying by eCheck and/or directly from bank accounts please note that it can take up to several days for the payment to clear. You will only receive the email to activate your account once the payment has been completed, so if you're planning to pay by these means please allow enough lead time before the show you are wanting to watch. Payments made by credit card clear almost instantly.
• Reminder for "One Night Stand" Subscribers:
As it says at the top of the "One Night Stand" subscription section (calendar):
- SUBSCRIPTION WILL ACTIVATE AFTER 6.00PM EST THE DAY OF THE SHOW
"One Night Stand" Subscribers won't see the "Go to Live Webcast" link until then ... only the welcome Moogis Member page.
